    You must be talking about Christopher McDougall’s book. I have become so fascinated with the Tarahumara people and their legendary long distance running ability that I certainly will read the book. A good suggestion. Thank you.

    Yes, McDougall. I’m surrounded by a group of friends who loved the book. I haven’t read it, but it’s number 82 on the long list. 😉
